Yes. The vibratory bowl feeding system is custom-designed based on your actual part samples to ensure parts are oriented, aligned, and fed smoothly in a row. This customization is critical for achieving accurate counting and reliable feeding performance.
Very easy. The machine features a touchscreen human-machine interface (HMI). Operators can simply set the target counting quantity for each of the three feeders (i.e., for each part type) directly on the screen, and monitor the process in real-time. All operations are intuitive.
