Yes. The vibratory bowl feeding system is custom-designed based on your actual part samples to ensure parts are oriented, aligned, and fed smoothly in a row. This customization is critical for achieving accurate counting and reliable feeding performance.
It utilizes advanced fiber-optic counting sensors and high-precision vibratory bowl feeders. The system detects each individual piece as it passes through the chute, ensuring high counting accuracy and preventing missing parts.
When the bowl feeders run out of fasteners, the machine will stop and display an alarm message on the HMI. The operator should then refill the bowl with fasteners, press the start button, and the machine will resume normal operation automatically.
