▶ ZB-60D7 Plastic Mounting Parts Packing Machine with 7 Feeders.
▶ The machine is designed for screw, plastic key, irregular shaped plastic parts and components, wet wipes etc.
▶ A pick-and-place mechanism is used to feed a single wipe at a time from a bulk stack to the material collecting conveyor.
▶ The system uses PLC and HMI controls, allowing operators to select pre-set "recipes" on touch screen to switch between all related parameters for different kit parts, including feeder operation, count quantity, and packaging settings.
